These products/services are requested for Mohave&rsquo;s statewide membership of approximately 480 public agencies. However, other members may be added during the term of an awarded contract(s). A current list of all members can be found on Mohave&rsquo;s website at&nbsp;</span><a style=\"color: purple; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http://www.mesc.org/\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">www.mesc.org</span></a><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">. Contracts, in whole or in part, shall be awarded to bidder, or bidders, for an initial one (1) year term and four (4) potential one-year extensions (contract modification).&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 0.0001pt 0.05in; font-size: medium; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The scope of work and specifications define the quality and characteristics of the desired materials and application. They are based upon specifications for known acceptable manufacturers, processes, materials, and/or brands such as Advantage Controls, Aeromist, Arrowhead, Bayer, Cantex, Carson, Channel Lock, Christy&rsquo;s, Dura, Echo, EGO, Everfilt, EZ Flo, Febco/Watts, Halco, Hunter, Inject-O-Meter, Intermatic, K-Rain, Kichler, Lakos, JM Eagle, Netafim, Oatey, Pennington, Rain Bird, Signature, Stihl, True Temper, Toro, and WeatherTRAK. The specifications are not intended to be exclusive or to restrict competition. Bidders may offer alternate solutions, including alternate manufacturers, which meet the quality and performance characteristics in the specifications. Mohave shall review such bids and be the final judge on the acceptance of any alternate solutions.</span></p><ul style=\"margin-top: 6pt; margin-bottom: 0px;\"><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 0in 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Arizona Registrar of Contractors License clarification:&nbsp;</span></strong></li></ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square; margin-top: 6.0pt; margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\"><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Specification 1.1.02 requires an awarded vendor to have and maintain a current Arizona Registrar of Contractors license in order to utilize subcontractors with a similar license. Bidders shall provide evidence that they have a current A, A-4, A-5, B-1, B-2, KB-1, KB-2, CR-2, CR-9, CR-11, CR-21, and/or CR-69 license(s) as applicable to the services provided, or are in the process of being awarded a license by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Specification 1.1.03 requires bidders that are in the process of applying for a contractor&rsquo;s license, shall provide in Tab 2b a copy of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors application receipt with pending number included. An awarded contract will be contingent on successful award of an identified Arizona Registrar of Contractors License.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Per Specification 1.1.04, b</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">idders shall provide documentation from Arizona Registrar of Contractors that the license provided, other than those listed in Specification 1.1.02, allows either self-performing and/or subcontracting the scope of work.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Those bidders submitting a material only bid shall certify by indicating &ldquo;No Bid&rdquo; to Specification 1.1.02 and 1.1.03 and providing a clear explanation for the &ldquo;No Bid&rdquo;, per the instructions found in the&nbsp;</span><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Scope of Work and Specifications Acceptance Form</span></em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Contractors license is not required for a material only bid.&nbsp;</span></strong></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Bid Bonds and Surety Bonds are not required for bidders submitting a material only bid. Special Terms and Conditions 2.1 Bid Bond and 2.2. Bonding Capacity are not applicable to a material only bid. <strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; text-align: start;\">Bidder shall complete the IFB 24G-0905 &ndash; Product Only certification.docx and upload in place of the Bid Bond.</strong>&nbsp;</span></strong></li></ul></li></ul><ul style=\"margin-top: 6.0pt; margin-bottom: 6.0pt;\"><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Equipment including riding mowers and towable powered equipment are not requested and shall not be allowed under an awarded contract.</span></strong></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Installation and maintenance of artificial or synthetic turf is not requested and shall not be allowed under an awarded contract.</span></strong></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Well and channel irrigation parts or services are not requested and shall not be allowed under an awarded contract.</span></strong></li><li style=\"margin: 6pt 0in 6pt 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Stand-alone pest control services are not requested and shall not be allowed under an awarded contract.</span></strong></li></ul>",
