This contract is to procure general legal counsel who is well experienced and qualified to advise the company regarding the full range of legal issues experienced in the past. General legal counsel will work with the General Manager, Board of Directors and designated staff on assigned matters as further described in the Scope of Work. BFT reserves the right to enter into other contracts for legal services as needed.
