The NCWC will be in a new ground-up three-story building approximately 74,000 SF. The building will be occupied Fall of 2026, and it will include 20,000 SF OSHPD three (3) medical clinic at the ground level and office use on the second </span><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">floor and about a third of the third floor.&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div><p><span xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\">San Mateo County is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to supplement the Medical FF&amp;E procurement that will be led by San Mateo County staff for the NCWC.</span> <span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;</span></p></div>",
