The City of Pasadena is seeking a consultant to complete an updated and detailed engineer’s report for the Block 5 maintenance district. The consultant’s engineer report will include an updated plan, specifications, maps and description of lands, estimated costs, and expenses (cost-estimate formula). The Consultant will review related documentation provided by the City including agenda reports, previous engineer reports, assessment increase, the reciprocal easement agreement, and others files as background information. The Consultant will meet with businesses owners and Economic Development staff as needed.
