PS&E Services for CDBG ADA Ramp Project

Description

This project involves the design of ADA-compliant sidewalk curb ramps at various locations throughout the City of San Marino. This contract will be funded by Federal Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG), thus Federal Labor Standards Provisions, including the prevailing wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts will be enforced as applicable. Through the course of this contract, selected firm will comply with: Federal Conflict of Interest Code Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended) Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 109 (as amended) Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (as amended) Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504 (as amended) Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Sections 103, 107 of Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act Federal Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment Executive Order 11246 - Equal Opportunity Executive Order 11738 - Environmental Debarments Clean Air, Water Pollution Control Acts Patent Rights & Copyrights Energy Policy Act Awards to Parties on Federal Excluded Parties List
