The City of Tustin (hereafter referred to as “City”) is seeking proposals to supply printing, mail preparation, and post office delivery services of the Parks and Recreation quarterly brochure ( Tustin Today) with additional City office copies delivered to Tustin City Hall (300 Centennial Way). The Tustin Today lists the activities, services, and classes provided by the City. Approximately fifty-six thousand (56,000) copies of the Tustin Today are printed each quarter. This amount is subject to change per season. The successful proposer(s) will be awarded a contract for a period of three (3) years beginning with the 2024 Fall Tustin Today. In addition, the City of Tustin will have the option to extend the term by two (2) extensions of one (1) year each.
