The work to be performed under this contract consists of the construction of an new parking lot to include storm drainage and connecting sidewalk and bike path located at 4104 First Street Saint Simons Island. The work will include but is not limited to, curb and gutter, all Mass Grading, clearing/ demolition and grubbing for the entire project site, storm drainage structures and piping, utility installation to include water and sanitary sewer, dewatering, sidewalk construction, base installation and asphalt paving, Erosion &amp; Sediment Control measures, signing and striping and the installation of the dirt building pad on grade for the Coast Guard restrooms to be built by others.</p><p>The County intends to release two Invitation for Bids, one for Mass Grading, Site Utilities and Parking Lot refereed to as Scope A; and one for the Building and Park refereed to as Scope B. This specific IFB will address Scope A.</p>",
