The City of Pasadena Rent Stabilization Department (RSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide relocation planning and relocation assistance services that meet the criteria set forth in California Government Code 7260 et seq., California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 25, 6000 et seq., and the City of Pasadena Charter Amendment Article XVIII - The Pasadena Fair and Equitable Housing Charter Amendment, and other rent related ordinances and resolutions, and regulations, rules and policies that the City Council and the Pasadena Rental Housing Board adopts. The ideal Contractor has extensive experience with providing relocation services for municipalities with a local rent stabilization ordinance (RSO).
