This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the State of Washington, Department of Enterprise Services in cooperation with NASPO ValuePoint, formerly WSCA-NASPO. This IFB is for ALI certified Vehicle Lifts, Scissor lift and Associated Garage Equipment. Estimated Value: 15,000,000 The State of Washington, Department of Enterprise Services is the sole point of contact concerning this RFP. During the Solicitation process for this IFB, all official communication with Offerors will be via http://www.des.wa.gov (WEBS system). It is incumbent upon Offerors to monitor WEBS system for any notices, as eVA accepts no responsibility for a prospective Offeror not receiving Solicitation documents and/or revisions to the Solicitation. Only bidders who have properly registered and downloaded the original solicitation directly via WEBS system will receive notification of amendments and other correspondence pertinent to the procurement.
