Description
This project is generally described as the complete renovation to 3 existing cottages (Caskie, Beattie & Wilkinson), the complete renovations to Bell/Ellis cottage with an addition of 2,063 SF and the complete removal and subsequent replacement of new building systems in Bane & Terrell cottages (Additive Bid Item No. 1). Project will also include incidental site work, a new propane gas farm and distribution system (Additive Bid Item No. 2) and security fencing. All work to be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
