The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide staffing at the Transportation Management Center (TMC) for planned Special Events. Firms responding to this Request for Proposals should have vast experience in traffic engineering, operations, and the operations of the McCain's Transparity central traffic control system. In addition, experience with the SCATS adaptive traffic control system is desirable.
