The City of Clermont is soliciting proposals from qualified, full-service catering companies to provide food, beverage, and bar services at the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center (ARC). The City intends to select up to seven (7) vendors to provide catering services for various events, including but not limited to: concerts, shows, weddings, fundraisers, business functions, and private celebrations. Selected vendors will be placed on the City’s Approved Caterer List for a two (2)-year term, with the option for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
