The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) seeks bids for automated door inspection, maintenance & repair services to ensure the functionality and safety of all automated doors within City-owned facilities. These services will entail routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for various types of automated doors, including but not limited to sliding doors, swinging doors, and access-controlled doors. This contract shall include the supply of materials and labor cost for the term of the contract, which is slated for a 2-year term. The Contractor may need to meet other certain minimum qualifications to propose on this specification.
