The City seeks qualified firms or individuals ("responding firm" or "proposer") to submit proposals in response to this RFP for Construction Management and Inspection Services to implement the Riverfront Street Extension and 5th Street Widening Project ("Project"). The scope of work includes construction management, inspection, materials testing, and labor compliance. Qualified consultant firms or teams familiar with Caltrans CM documentation and inspection procedures and a history of success in delivering grant-funded projects are encouraged to submit proposals. Project PS&E documents are currently at 100%. The engineer’s construction cost estimate is $6.1 million.
