Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake. The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced global real estate brokers and firms, licensed by the State of Florida, specializing in commercial real estate to provide brokerage, marketing, advisory and other associated services for the sale and/or lease of properties owned by the City. The City's goal is to sell or lease properties for future development to create jobs and increase the City's tax base.
