The contract which may be awarded shall be an amount not to exceed $150,000. StanCOG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase the total contract amount during the term of the Agreement to $200,000 subject to the documented need for the increased services/deliverables, the availability of budgeted funds, written mutual agreement by both parties to amend the contract, and approval by the StanCOG Policy Board. Federal programs administered by FHWA include but are not limited to the following: the Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) grant program, the National Infrastructure Project Assistance grants program (Mega), the Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight and Highway Projects grants program (INFRA), and Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Program. State programs administered by the CTC include the Active Transportation Program, Local Partnership Program, Solutions for Congested Corridors Program, and the Trade Corridor Enhancement Program.
