Pinellas County, on behalf of The Young-Rainey Star Center, is looking to purchase Lease Administration Software to help manage and automate the lifecycle of tenant lease agreements, track critical dates, payments, renewals, utilities and taxes. Software should be a cloud-based, COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) solution. This is currently a manual process utilizing multiple spreadsheets. Solution should include data migration, an integrator, and training. A virtual demo will be required prior to award.
