The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than February 1, 2023 at 3:00PM (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to provide athletic field paint. A 1-year contract with two (2) renewals will be established as a result.
