Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Collection Agency. The purpose of this agreement is to perform legal collection services of certain accounts, which are due and unpaid, under the guidance of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Florida Commercial Collection Practices Act. The Leon County Emergency Medical Services Division (LCEMS) provides billable services for patient transports and any other fees designated and approved by the Leon County Board of County Commissioners.
