16,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building, (dimensions are 80'x200') Exterior walls to be colored 26-gauge metal panels with an embossed, factory painted, 26-gauge galvanized steel face (up to three colors to be selected from manufacturer’s standard color chart). Include the following: • R13 insulation walls and ceiling with reinforced vinyl face • Gutters and downspouts • All Trim including for doors and windows • All Building Hardware excluding foundation • Deliver to Boardman, Oregon • Owner will supply all doors and windows Work to be accomplished under this contract shall consist of the following general elements: Pre-Engineered Building 80' x 20' Overhead Doors 12' x 16' Overhead Doors 14' x 16' Dock Levelers Dock Locking System Hollow Metal Doors/Frames/Hardware Mechanical Plumbing Concrete Materials per yard Concrete Finish Windows Rock 1-1/2 minus Rock 3/4 minus Refer to Plan for the design criteria for our area.
