The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the supply, fabrication and installation of an Outdoor Media Ground Sign with a LED Electronic Message Board for the Wicomico Board of Elections at 345 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804. The sign must meet the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal document.
