The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Commission on Human Relations (CHR), is seeking proposals for exploratory Fair Housing research related to the recent Bostock v. Clayton County Supreme Court decision and ongoing LGTBQIA+ issues of discrimination in our city. The research should set out to evaluate the degree to which LGBTQIA+ Pittsburgh citizens experience discrimination, the barriers these citizens experience to equal access, and the most effective avenues of increasing access to resources intended to reduce discrimination.
