What is the solicitation method? Invitation For Bids This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids Invitation for Bids (IFB) to find a vendor to provide labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles and materials necessary to provide pavement marking services at various locations throughout the County. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years.
