Description

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide building maintenance and repair services on as-needed basis. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary for building maintenance and repairs. Services include but are not limited to carpentry, masonry, flooring, sheet metal work, plastering, painting, ceiling and window installation, repair, and replacement. The City will award two (2) vendors; a primary and a secondary. The City intends to award either the primary or secondary award to a City of St. Petersburg Certified SBE , upon availability.
