  "summary": "<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">In accordance with the State of Florida Consultant&rsquo;s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), F.S. 287.055, the City of Lakeland&rsquo;s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is requesting the submittal of statements of qualification from interested planning, design and real estate development professionals or firms to provide any or all of the following services for the City of Lakeland and/or the Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency on a continuing contract basis:</p><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;\"><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Preparation of site-specific design concepts</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Analysis of market feasibility</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Planning of site feasibility (land use and urban design/site planning)</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Preparation of economic development reports and recommendations</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Preparation of due diligence reports</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Evaluation of economic impact of infill redevelopment projects</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Development of commercial fa&ccedil;ade architectural, site layout and landscape architectural design</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Creation of databases with economic and/or census‐based data to enable thematic mapping</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">Visual Imaging, Multi‐Media and Graphic Design to assist in conveying project outcomes</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">The CRA is interested in prequalifying a number of individuals or firms that have expertise in any or all of the above listed areas to be put on three (year) open contracts for service with the City of Lakeland with two (2), one (1) year renewal options.</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">While specific projects have not yet been identified, task authorizations for individual projects are anticipated not to exceed $50,000 per project. However, approved consultants may complete a number of individual projects issued under the continuing contract.</p>",
