The construction includes both interior and exterior improvements which will include, but is not limited to, new offices, break room, restrooms, mechanical systems, electrical systems, lighting, exterior siding, concrete slabs (interior to the building), ceilings, and insulation.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 6.0pt;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 26.75pt 0in 0.5in; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;\">This project is financed through Several Funds including American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).&nbsp; The&nbsp;contract&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;subject&nbsp;to&nbsp;regulations&nbsp;of&nbsp;the contractor and will comply with all provisions of Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, and of the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 26.75pt 0in 0.5in; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 26.75pt 0in 0.5in; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;\">As amended (<a href=\"https://www.govinfo.gov/link/uscode/40/3141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: black;\">40 U.S.C. 3141-3148</span></a>). When required by Federal program legislation, all prime construction contracts in excess of $2,000 awarded by non-Federal entities must include a provision for compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act (<a href=\"https://www.govinfo.gov/link/uscode/40/3141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: black;\">40 U.S.C. 3141-3144</span></a>, and <a href=\"https://www.govinfo.gov/link/uscode/40/3146\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: black;\">3146-3148</span></a>) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (<a href=\"https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-29/part-5\"><span style=\"color: black;\">29 CFR Part 5</span></a>, &ldquo;Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction&rdquo;). In accordance with the statute, contractors must be required to pay wages to laborers and mechanics at a rate not less than the prevailing wages specified in a wage determination made by the Secretary of Labor. In addition, contractors must be required to pay wages not less than once a week.</span></p>",
