The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as “Metro Fire” or the “District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms (Contractor) to provide Bond and Disclosure Counsel services in connection with the District’s $415 million Measure O General Obligation (GO) Bond Program. The Contractor will provide legal services related to the structuring, issuance, and compliance requirements of the GO bonds.
