There are two options for transporting this caboose that are listed in the Scope of Work. The Contractor must have experience with these types of lifts and transports. The Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, escorts or any surcharges to move the 65,000 lb. caboose. The Contractor must be able to gain access onto the military base and all equipment will be subject to search. Lee Hall Train Depot is located at 9 Elmhurst St., Newport News, VA 23603.</p>",
