Description
The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to establish one (1) primary and one (1) alternate Contract with qualified and experienced planning and design consulting firms for general planning consulting services. A total of two (2) Contracts will be awarded. The firms shall support project development for VRE facilities and operations planning, including strategic planning, conceptual design, preliminary design, and ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
