Specific work is shown on the drawings and in the specifications and includes but is not limited to demolition, installation of new acoustic ceiling tiles throughout the dormitory, new doors, new LED lighting throughout the dormitory, installation of new mechanical equipment for heating/cooling/conditioning, new plumbing lines and fixtures, new painting and interior finishes.</p><p><br>Work in the Men&rsquo;s dormitory (Add Alternate) to include converting the existing recreation room into an apartment, complete with living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and utility closet. Specific work is shown on the drawings and specifications and includes but is not limited to demolition, new doors, new LED lighting throughout the apartment, installation of new mechanical equipment for heating/cooling/conditioning, new plumbing lines and fixtures, new painting and interior finishes.</p><p>The Project Architect is SMRT Architects &amp; Engineers, Inc., located at 200 Brickstone Square, Suite 303, Andover, MA 01810</p><p>Estimated Project Cost: $1,500,000.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Filed sub-bids will be required and taken for the following classes of work:</strong></p><ul><li>PAINTING</li><li>ELECTRICAL</li><li>PLUMBING</li><li>CERAMIC TILE</li><li>ACOUSTICAL TILE</li><li>RESILIENT FLOORING</li><li>HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)</li></ul><p><br>Construction can begin on September 1, 2024 and must be completed by May 1, 2025.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(224, 62, 45);\"><em><strong>NOTE: This bid solicitation is for the SUBMISSION of FILED-SUB BIDS ONLY for this Project.</strong></em></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
