Description

Purpose: The Work consists of installation of a new community playground at Cronin Field, located at 0 Burr Road (behind Town Hall) 210 Central St., Hingham MA 02043, and owned by the Town of Hingham Recreation Department. The general work will include but is not limited to the installation of the new play equipment, benches, shade shelter, fencing and pathways. reconstruction of the playground to include new surfacing, fencing, ADA pathways and shade shelter. The Project will be constructed under a general construction contract and will be bid under M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M IFB, with a single construction vendor award. The Town has already purchased the playground equipment, manufacturer is Landscape Structures . The Contractor must be familiar with and approved by the Engineer and the Town to install Landscape Structures playground equipment or similar.
