Masonry restoration of brownstone, including repointing 2. Rough and finish carpentry restoration at the exterior and interior 3. Window and door restoration 4. Interior plaster restoration 5. Wood flooring restoration 6. Sensitive installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and related utilities 7. Sensitive addition for a new accessible restroom
