Powhatan Community Center Roof Replacement & Repair Project

Description
The Powhatan Community Center Roof Replacement and Repair Project consists of but is not limited to the removal of the existing single ply membrane roof system down to the existing roof deck, installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation mechanically fastened through existing decking, and installation of a new 60 mil EPDM roof membrane fully adhered. The project also includes repairs to the existing trapezoidal rib, and standing seam metal roof systems to remain in place on two buildings and the installation of a complete roof coating system over two of the existing metal panel roofs.
