The San Mateo County Department of Housing (DOH) is looking for qualified consultants to provide financial analyses of proposed affordable housing development projects in support of loan programs funded with local, state, and federal housing funds. Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) are released twice a year, each requiring analysis of applications received. These efforts are to supplement staff review of the project and bring more expertise into the review process.
