The Town of Manchester accepts yard waste at their transfer station year-round and also offers curbside collection of residential yard waste that is collected weekly for 10 months of the year, beginning on the 3rd Monday in March and finishing on Friday of the 2nd full week the following January. The material is taken to the Town's Landfill and Transfer Station campus for composting located at 311 Olcott St. The Town of Manchester is looking for a vendor to grind and remove the yard waste from our 311 Olcott St. location. The Town also requests a delivery of finished compost and mulch to offer Town residents.
