Description
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), SBCAG is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide grant writing services for development and submittal of applications for competitive funding programs administered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and California Transportation Commission (CTC). Funding from these programs will support advancement and delivery of the Santa Barbara Highway 101 Multimodal Corridor. The contract which may be awarded shall be an at amount not to exceed $120,000. Federal programs administered by FHWA include the Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant (MPDG) Program, Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Program, and any other additional programs. State programs include the Active Transportation Program and Senate Bill 1 (SB1) programs include the Local Partnership Program, Solutions for Congested Corridors Program, and the Trade Corridor Enhancement Program. SBCAG will be submitting competitive grant applications to the FHWA as Notice of Funding Opportunities are announced, and to the CTC in June 2024 and November 2024.
