Description

The Julia Keen Neighborhood Mill and Infill project will rehabilitate the roads within the neighborhood and make required upgrades to the sidewalk network by installing ADA compliant curb access ramps at intersections. The roads will be milled to a depth of 1.5 inches or 2 inches (depending on traffic volumes) and repaved with a high performance, Polymer-modified asphalt rubber concrete. Speed humps will be replaced where they are currently placed, except where Sun Tran buses travel, where they will be replaced by Speed Tables.
