Description

The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to design a light-emitting diode (LED) free standing electronic message board sign. The selected Consultant will meet with staff to discuss conceptual designs and visual preferences in order to prepare conceptual drawings. Once a concept is selected, the Consultant will develop Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) including all documents required to bid and construct said sign. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
