Description

The Inyo County Water Department (ICWD), on behalf of the Parties to the 1997 Memorandum of Understanding (Sierra Club, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, State Lands Committee, Owens Valley Committee, and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power), is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as an Independent Facilitator for meetings related to assessing the implementation of mitigation projects under the MOU. The goal is to improve the planning, structure, efficiency, and documentation of these meetings. The Inyo County Water Department ("County") is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Respondents) who can provide the County with the Independent Facilitator services. Submissions to this RFP are due on September 26, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Submission instructions, a detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, and the applicable contract can be found below.
