Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide design, printing and distribution services for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) quarterly brochure and one (1) summer camp guide. The design, printing, and distribution services will be awarded on a total cost basis and bidders not bidding on all portions will be considered non-responsive. The County anticipates awarding a one (1) year contract with up to three (3) optional one (1) year renewal periods for a possible four (4) year contract.
