Contractor shall provide AutoMerge Enterprise Software and on-going support to County as follows: Contractor shall provide support via Contractor’s support website, live chat sessions, telephone, email or remote sessions as necessary to resolve issues and questions. Contractor shall provide a U.S. Support Team if technical help is needed. Contractors U.S. Support Team will respond within a maximum of 8 hours. County shall provide as much information about the technical issue as possible, i.e. screen shots, log files, error messages, etc.
