The County of Tuolumne, through its Health and Human Services Agency, Department of Social Services, hereinafter referred to as “The County,” is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations interested in providing a dual County Self-Assessment/System Improvement Plan (CSA/SIP) and related consulting services. The service will include the California Child and Family Services Review (C-CFSR) and the CalWORKs Outcomes and Accountability Review (Cal-OAR). The County cannot accept proposals from anyone who is a current County employee (California Government Code §29708). The County intends to award one contract to a successful applicant to this RFP.
