Contractor shall provide administrative services for medical benefits and documentation (such as, but not limited to, Summary Plan descriptions, Plan brochures, member insurance cards and utilization and claims reports) and shall administer the Plan in compliance with the City’s specifications and all applicable laws and regulations. Contractor shall provide an on-site representative, a plan sponsor website with reporting and eligibility functionality, individual internet-based access for members and their dependents, a free mobile app and a toll-free number for member services.
