Lead paint stabilization and limited asbestos removal in areas impacted by project work are included in the scope of work.</p><p>Site and landscape improvements include grading, removal of shrubs and trees to reduce water infiltration into the basement, new perimeter drainage to collect and transfer roof and ground water away from the foundation of the building, landscape alterations that provide an ADA-accessible route to the house, one van-accessible parking space, an access aisle, concrete paths, concrete on-grade ramps and a wood ramp from parking to the main rear entrance of the porch.</p>",
