The City of Pueblo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to establish a pre-qualified list of attorneys and/or judges to act as a substitute and/or relief municipal court judge on an as needed basis for the above referenced timeframe in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Qualifications. This pre-qualified list of attorneys will effectively expire on December 31, 2023, unless extended in one-year increments, as determined by the Presiding Municipal Court Judge.
