'Project Description Sulzer pumps and parts are the only components compatible with the existing wastewater systems. The vendor is the sole source distributor of Sulzer pumps and parts. No on-site work will be authorized under this exemption, only off-site repair of pumps and parts. Vendors who wish to protest this procurement exemption must describe how they can provide the required services and proprietary components or suitable alternative with matching specifications.
