The scope of this RFP includes shelter </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">operations</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\"> and any services associated with operating shelter. Bidders should be </span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">shelter</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\"> operators with the ability to provide necessary services or the proven ability to partner with service providers who can provide the necessary services. Upon the demolition of two vacant buildings on site, the lot will be repurposed into the County's first congregate/non-congregate shelter site. A 9,500 sq. ft. congregate sleeping building (3</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">6</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\"> beds) will be constructed, highlighted by a warming kitchen, hygiene facilities, a laundry room, office/meeting spaces, and a communal dining area. The rest of the site will feature 3,500 sq. ft of non-congregate sleeping pods (40 beds), accessible by walking paths and surrounded by lush landscaping, outdoor seating, pet areas</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">, and smoking areas</span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">.
