Description

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Rhythm Engineering, LLC for the provision of equipment and associated services, including software configuration, technical support, software updates and adaptive engineering services for InSync Adaptive Control System. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Rhythm Engineering to sell these products/services to the County.
