Description
The City of Richmond is accepting qualification statements for the construction of the repairs and repainting of the Cofer 1 and Cofer 2 ground storage water tanks. The work to be done under this contract includes repairing and repainting of the 2.0 Million Gallon Cofer 1 Ground Storage Tank and the 2.1 Million Gallon Cofer 2 Ground Storage Tank located at the Cofer Road Pumping Station in Richmond, Virginia. Additional work includes demolition, replacement of interior ladders, installation of safe-climbing devices, removal and replacement of the existing cathodic protection systems, heat tracing and insulation of the above grade Cofer 1 influent pipe and other incidental items for complete and operational water storage tanks as shown and as specified in the drawings and specifications.
