The room accommodates up to 55 participants and is a central location for public governance and operational collaboration.</p><p data-end=\"1458\" data-start=\"1063\">During the COVID-19 pandemic, West Basin's IT team implemented a Yealink Microsoft Teams Room System to enable remote participation. While this system has served the District well, the evolving nature of public engagement, virtual collaboration, and hybrid meeting formats now requires a more advanced solution. The District seeks to replace the existing setup with a system that offers:</p><ul data-end=\"1971\" data-start=\"1459\"><li data-end=\"1541\" data-start=\"1459\"><p data-end=\"1541\" data-start=\"1461\">Seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms;</p></li><li data-end=\"1644\" data-start=\"1542\"><p data-end=\"1644\" data-start=\"1544\">High-quality audio and video capabilities to ensure all participants are seen and heard clearly;</p></li><li data-end=\"1757\" data-start=\"1645\"><p data-end=\"1757\" data-start=\"1647\">Reliable support for hybrid meetings, ensuring a consistent experience for in-person and remote attendees;</p></li><li data-end=\"1806\" data-start=\"1758\"><p data-end=\"1806\" data-start=\"1760\">Ease of use for District staff and guests;</p></li><li data-end=\"1864\" data-start=\"1807\"><p data-end=\"1864\" data-start=\"1809\">Scalability for future A/V and communication needs;</p></li><li data-end=\"1971\" data-start=\"1865\"><p data-end=\"1971\" data-start=\"1867\">ADA and accessibility compliance, including features like closed captioning and assistive listening.</p></li></ul><p data-end=\"2252\" data-start=\"1973\">The selected solution should also provide improved interoperability, robust technical support, and centralized control of A/V components.
